Megan Hunter, O.D.

Dr. Hunter is a 1998 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She graduated as the valedictorian from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2002.  While in Optometry school she worked at Lakeview Eyecare and received lots of great advice from Dr. Weiler about her future profession.  After graduation she completed a one year optometric residency in ocular disease at the world renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, FL.  In 2006 Dr. Hunter returned to Illinois in order to raise her family.  She was delighted to join Dr. Weiler in practice at Lakeview Eyecare.  Dr. Hunter also sees patients at the Jesse Brown Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Chicago.
